And if wakeboarding makes you hungry, there are BBQ facilities and on-site eateries. If, after the wakeboarding you still crave more water based activities, then try Penrith Whitewater Stadium and ride the rapids in a fully guided raft. You can also go for a paddle around the International Regatta Centre, where you can hire a canoe on-site and have lots of fun paddling around the huge Olympic lake. Out of the water and onto dry land and there's plenty to experience, including a fully fledged nine- hole golf course at Panthers or Glenmore Heritage Valley Golf Club, a mini Adventure Golf Course as well plus dozens of other activities. Penrith Valley is also well known for its modern shopping centres. Pop into the Penrith Valley Visitor Information Centre and ask for a free Activities Guide brochure. The centre is in Panthers Car Park, Mulgoa Road and is open seven days a week from 9.00am-4.30pm. Tel: 1 300 736 836.
